South Pacific Street is the quiet, sandy end of Oceanside — the beach is literally across the street, the Strand runs north to the famous pier, and the cafés and surf shops of South Oceanside are a short stroll inland. Step out the door and you're on some of the most laid-back coastline in Southern California.
The condo itself was completely remodeled in 2025 — a bright, contemporary two-bedroom, two-bath home of about 1,000 square feet, with a rare luxury for the beachfront: gated street-level parking with two oversized spaces plus dedicated storage for boards, bikes and beach gear.
